Flexalighting has illuminated the Marella store in Bologna, a space that wants to respond to new purchasing habits and methods of approach to contemporary consumption, welcoming the different needs. The main mission of the restyling project is the innovation of the customer experience, with an approach oriented to the complete integration between physical and digital touchpoints, rethinking the experience experienced by customers and affirming in a unique and distinctive way the Retail identity of the Marella brand. The Bologna concept store is in fact the first – and for the moment unique – example of an experimental phygital format designed with a smart experience logic, for a shopping at different speeds and above all personalized. In this process of innovation, the clear connection with the digital customer journey is evident thanks to a new model of digital communication that invades the sales area with technological devices and video content, making it live and dynamic. The materials, the finishes together with a new model of digital communication, allow you to transfer brand content within the space in a more engaging and immersive. The interiors were illuminated using Jos PR6 and Minijos T6 projectors and Franny 10 recessed ceilings, with a minimalist and discreet design.
